My personal favorite is Avalaunch with Evox and UnleashX as secondary dashs. Evox is probably the best for troubleshooting and simplicity but has no background music and no game icons and is unable to ftp xbox to xbox when both xboxs are running evox. UnleashX is noticably longest to boot but has the most user settings and seems to be fastest at FTP from xbox to xbox. Avalaunch seems a little slower at FTP and lacks some of the fancy settings but boots faster than UnleashX and I really like the revolving icon cube.
