Do you have the same problem with other Xbox Live enabled games?  If so then clear your cache.

Clear E:/Cache folder and X:/ Y:/ Z:/ drives. But do NOT delete them, just clear the contents of them.

Try the Xbox Backup Forum - DVD/CD Burning / ISO extraction & creation / Hard Drive Backups section of the forums next time.

Clearing the cache worked.  The game will now play.  It did give some trouble when I tried to link to my 360.  When the game tries to start both systems will lock up until one is turned off.  I think I may need an live update for my Xbox but I don't know how to get it without being on Xbox live.  Any info on update locations or how to pull it out of the 360.  Now that live is free on the 360 why don’t they give a free version for the Xbox?

Thanks for the help
