Thanks for the feedback!

I would love to use the Xenium gold but I have to get this box done. Its a v1.6 which is the first I have done.
The Executer has FTP and HDD swap simular to Xenium? That is the two functions I need to have!

Thanks again for your time

I see actuly excuter doesn't have a HDD clone feature but SmartXX v3 does (and they have a soderless adapter)... your best bet is to check out this page here to understand the features of each mod chip:
http://xbox-scene.co...hips4_table.htm  (near the bottom is a list of all the features in the OS/BIOS of the chips. (notice one that says "HDD clone 1:1")

In all honesty,

if your looking to move from Xodus products to another chip dev you cannot go wrong with an Xecuter3. No, X3 doesn't support hd cloning but does have ftp access along with another dozen features that aren't found on the Xenium or Smartxx.

Browse on http://teamxecuter.com, see if it's for you :]

Well I have madeup my mind after 2 days of going back and forth on diffrent chips.
I ordered a Xenium sp adapter and am going to take my old Xenium Ice chip from my
v 1.0 box and put it in the v1.6. and then I will wait for the Xenium gold to put a chip back in
my v1.0 box.

Well sounds good anyway! lol
Thanks

Well I guess I am not a big fan of change. I know the Xenium chip and how to use it.
If the Executer3 does'nt have HDD swap how do you change out the HD?

Thanks for the feedback!

the best modchip in the market... duox 2, lol...

as for changing the HD... just install it, an format from slayers, and copy software from the original HD to PC, and then to new hd over ftp

How can you recomend someone to use slayers?

With the X3, you use the format tool.

Basically...ftp grab all stock files...throw in new hd... format...ftp the files back on.

As well, xenium doesn't work with x3cp :]
