Console Boots Chip With Power Button.

I'm sorry for taking up space on this forum, but I figured out the problem.  It was some simple settings in the OS configuration menu.  Your default bios has to be set to "original bios" and "Instant Boot" has to be on.  That way the power button powers up the console with the orignal bios and the eject button powers the Xenium chip on.  I hadn't messed around with this stuff in about a year and had grown ingnorant.  I would have deleted this whole thread but there was no option for it.
