All 5 Lights On But The Chip Itself Is Red And I Get Frag

Here is what the bottom of my adapter looks like, I took your photo and colored in the pins I do not have. Very obvious that something is different between the two adapters... My adapter looks just like on TeamXodus website with the exception of the entire missing pin that I beleive is an error on their part. Yours looks like you have more pins then you need per their website.

Like yours my adapter on the backside does not have the point part of the pin that makes contact with the motherboard.

Here is the missing pin I do not have on my adapter... With the exception of this pin my adapter appears to be just like what is shown on their website. As you can see in this photo what pins are not installed. This photo is the photo from TeamX website.
