Latest Xenium Os That Will Work W/ My Chip

I'm doing a complete overhaul on my Xbox this weekend, changing out the dash, updating the OS, adding XBMC, and adding a wireless adapter.

So, I'd like to go ahead and update the Xenium OS also, if necessary. I'm running a Xenium Ice on a ver. 1.6. I believe the OS I'm using now is 1.x. It's what originally came on the chip when I bought it premodded just over a year ago.  I'll also be changing the dash fro Evox over to Avalaunch, so not sure if that matters or not.

Now that i think about it, the OS is more than likely 2.0 or 2.01

What, if any, advantages are there to updating to a newer OS?
