Hey I am back. I am installing a mod chip in a friends Halo edition xbox. It is giving me such a headache. The thing just turns on/off 2 times then stays on with NO video, sound etc. And the led power indicator just flashes red/green. What am I doing wrong?

I tried the other d0 points, same results. 2 Rivet methods, same results.

I have the Halo edition "clear green" box and my box verison is v1.4, my D0 hole differs than the one in your picture. See page 9 of the following manual:

thanks. That is the d0 I am currently using. I downloaded the manual and found out which on e I should be using. To get the chip to somewhat work I flipped over the switch for the update chip mode then after its cycle I flipped it back and now the chip stays lit up from its led, and does normal Xbox start up =(

I figured it out, I had to update the chip from a previous modded harddrive.
