Yes what you said is true. Once you setup the EVOX M8+_16 you should be able to boot up he installer disk. I use Slayers 2.6 disk so thats the only one I have experience with, the M8 bios wil have a "purple" logo up in the  top left corner (or something like that) showing that a "modded bios" is loaded.
