I do not use the rivets since I found that during one install with the rivets it was causing poor contact with the pogo pins....I dont know why but when I removed them it worked great.

Are you sure you have the D0 wire connected properly? This can sometimes be confusing on exactly where to insert the wire. The adapter is more straight forward due to the screw securing it in place where it needs to be. I would double check the D0 and try again.

As for the adapter? Can you provide pictures?
