Yeah, if your board holes are covered in soldermask, either follow The Anarchist's fiberglass pen instructions, gently scrape the hole with the tip of an xacto knife (GENTLY!), or use a small piece of fine grit sand paper to remove the mask.

Do note that you need to take care not to destroy any traces with any of these methods.. and if it's more than one hole that's filled (IE, 1.6...) I highly recommend opting for a soldered install as opposed to solderless (if you can't do it yourself, find someone who can )
