I have a v1.1 XBox with an Matrix Exodus mod chip to play my backed up games, since I hate to swap CD's/DVD's. Not too long ago after some smaller children were playing with the system, that it went into this silly mode. It no longer displayed the Evox dash, but the XBox. To alleviate the problem I reloaded the bios on the Matrix & replaced files on the C drive & that did the trick.
Now the same kids messed it up again. I bet they hit the online features or something. Now it boots fine with the Exodus Dash, but it will only run/load games such as emulator (anything in my APP folder), but none of the backed up games. I tried to reload the bios & reloaded the C & E drives with the same results.
Can anyone help or has anyone seen this before?
