Evolution Dashboard

Help

In the evolution dashboard the trainers will not work for me?? I installed two Xenium chips in two different xboxs and one will run the trainers and the other one won't?? The two xboxs are both V1.6. Do I have a bad chip? Everything lights up ok the bios seem to be working?
