Its a wd 120gig 7200 rpm 8meg cache it even does it if I remove mod chip put in original hard drive, installed new motherboard it still the same thats why I was wondering if it was the power supply its the only thing plus the dvd drive that hasn't been changed.

ok heres a good one for you, I bought a new xbox last night and this one does the same thing as the modded one does, it has that delay you can't play any games with tried forza last night you can't steer the car straight by the time it steers right you already need to go left and you just go in circles, MS says to return it, their support don't know alot about what their doing just reading out of a book with solutions.
