I will give you 2 different look up's for the D0. (From your photo)

The other is manually by the picture you sent:

If you look @ R7D4 in the photo. Count up^ from the hole next to the number 4, it is the 6th hole. If you are still confused look at the .pdf I gave you in the link above on page #11.

It does look like your missing pin #1. Pin #4 is supposed to be missing. You may want to wait for more expert advice on that pin #1 question. But I do think it is missing. The one pin in that photo looks bent.

Found d0 point, and hooked everything up. Xbox boots up and shuts down twice, then turns on but nothing happens. mod is red the whole time. I hope its because the pin is missing because I've tried many times and it always does the same thing. going to send for a replacement part as it came that way.
