Omg!please Help!
« on: November 05, 2005, 09:54:00 AM »

I recently upgraded mt friends 1.3 xbox with a Xenium ICE modchip using the solderless connector. Booted up got the Xenium dashboard. And proceeded to install a bios which I don't believe worked as It wouldn't load backup games. I also then installed the EVOx dashboard onto my mates Xbox. That didn't load up.

I have a backup of the original config of my own xbox on my PC and noticed that the xboxdash.xbe was changed to msxboxdah.xbe and evox was xboxdash.xbe. So I made this change to my mates PC via Flash XP and ARRRGHHHHH! The front flashes red and green and I can't connect to it via Flash XP. I get the servicescreen come up! I tried putting Slayers Auto Installer in but as I believe the BIOS is not working it will not read backups. I have the original config of my mates Xbox on my PC and my own chipped working XBOX is there any way to get my friend's xbox working again or am I screwed!

Basically to put it in simple terms. How can I access the harddrive on the knackered xbox with the use of a modded xbox and a PC? I now have both harddrives in my good modded Xbox using a split power cable and putting the 2nd harddrive where the DVD ROM should be. It all loads up fine but how do I access the files on the slave harddisk. Flash XP doesn't see them under d drive. please help! I just need to change 1 little file on the second harddrive and it will be fixed!

Use the Xenium HD upgrade with your drive as master and his drive as slave. then you can restore his e: drive with the backups you made.
