what error did you get.?
did you remember to set the jumpers correctly and make sure both HDD's both have power before running the upgrade

re-format with slayers

That upgrade wizard doesn't work correctly. Any game that is Xbox Live enabled will freeze.

would unrecognized files on the C: drive cause live games to freeze as well?  i put the bios i installed on the c: temporarily, and have yet to delete it


nvm, erasing the cache worked, i used xcommander and deleted the files manually (i think i'm still using old programs, i bought my chip over a year ago, and downloaded all my files then)
