Xenium Sp Adapter Holes Covered?

You have a few options, but BE CAREFUL!!!.
I have seen needles do it, tiny roto-zip drill bits or roto-zip bits with a pointed grinder-tip.  You might seriously consider having someone rebuild the LPC and solder you a pinheader, though, if you aren't comfortable doin it yourself.  This is very risky, scraping on traces and such.

Is it uncommon for the xbox to have the Spice adapter wire holes covered?
