Upgrade Soft Moded Hd W/ Xos, Upgrade Soft Moded H

I have a Xenium in my xbox.  My bro in-law asked me to mod his xbox, so I was gonna flash his TSOP til I found it's a 1.6.  So I had to soft mod it.

I'd like to put a bigger HD in it so I figured I'd put it my box and use the HD Upgrade Wizard in the xenium OS.  When I tried to I got an error telling me it couldn't unlock the HD.  Is it possible to upgrade a softmodded HD using the XOS HD Upgrade Wizard?

Make sure it's unlocked before trying to use it in your xbox, if it was softmodded in a different xbox.  After it's unlocked you should have no problem using the XOS to do what you want.
