You're not going to get far without the D0.  That's the main interface that the chip uses to communicate with the board.  Fix that first, then worry about what to put on disk.  BTW, an Auto-Installer would work nicely if you're FTP-shy.

Edit - what about the alternate D0 on the bottom of the board?  You could use the wire that comes with the Xenium kit and access that one.  Read the Iceguide - it will tell you how to access that point.

And, to install a dash, you just can't burn the file to disk and xfer it.  Either FTP the dash file over to your box or get an Auto-Installer like Slayer or AID2.  They're in the usual places (not sure about aid).

actually you do not ever need to burn a disc.  The Xenium ice modchip has built in FTP abilities in the Operating System.  You do not need a dashboard to ftp.  Just turn on you xbox and leave it at the Xenium main menu.  Then go to your pc and use flashFXP or something similar and transfer the bios to one of the drives.  Then go back to the chip and flash the bios.

Porche,
That's what I'd do, but he seems to want to burn disks.  Need to get that D0 working right, then take Porche's advice and FTP as opposed to burning coasters.

Files can be found on Evolution-X's website or the usual places.
