Wont Unlock Or Read Hdd

Ok i installed the ICE chip and everything seemed to be working fine but i cant get FlashFXP properly read the HDD. I know there are a few settings i have to change which i have done. I Formatted the HDD on another xbox so i know it works but after i locked it to the xbox it wont unlock. "Failed to unlock HDD". Also when i try to flash the chip using the Xenium OS it doesnt read any of the hard drive sectors. Any suggestions?
