If its your xenium go to network settings in there if its ms dash or evox or something go into your dashboard settings, netwrok settings and then IP. Just change the last digit of the xboxes ip to something different ... Put your router settings etc back to where they were ...

Im assuming your using a static setup like myself.

If youre using you eeprom from the 1.0 in the 1.4 and have them both connected at the same time, that's going to create a problem as the MAC address to the xbox is contained inside the eeprom.  Therefore youre trying to have 2 network devices on the same network with the same MAC.

The MAC is a unique identifier of a network device and having more than one of the same MAC on any network will cause problems.  You need another eeprom.

I was able to use config magic and change one digit on the eeprom mac address and everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks for all your help!
