Why are you posting 4 different topics?  Doing that will not get you your answer any more quickly then to just post one and be patient.

ON TOPIC:  The black and white is caused by the PAL Xbox.  You could have used Enigma to change the settings to NTSC.  

I do not know about the no powering on and what not.

of course it won't work...the Xbox is displaying in PAL, and we use NTSC-M here. you would do better to post this in the Audio/Video forum
