Try deleting the files in E:\cache.

make sure the clock is set correctly in the ms dash coz some games with the autosave feature wont run if the clock is wrong.

my clock is set and i erase my cache everytime and it STILL does it!! ahh would i be able to just ftp my xbox games over to my hdd? and use them like that? please help me i'm using evo x 3935 M8 and xenium 2.3

Don't use the OS to clear the cache; ftp in and delete it manually.

but my box wont even play the cd well it reads it and it would boot to like the first screen that comes on and then just start resetting the game and that same screen would just flash and it would freeze when making a new profile on nfsu2 and it would freeze when just starting burnout 3 and those are all from the retail cd not even on my hdd??

Ya, don't use the os to do stuff like that, just do it manually.
