Universal Sp Adapter

Does the adapter remain secure after installation against shocks and movement of the Xbox?

I know the old solderless adapter was pants.

If installed correctly it should be fine, however most installs aren't done properly/securely so it ends up coming loose.  I recommend that instead of buying the sp adapter to just use that money to pay someone else to do the install for you.  Most if not all installers will set up the chip, bios, and hd for you and show you how to use it.
