I got a xenium spice and I started installing it, I got all the five red lights like I was supposed to, but when i plug in the xenium, no lights appear.. I need help what should i do?

Make sure the chip is on the header correctly (X in xenium should be facing the back of the xbox). Also be sure it's on all the pins. If you still get nothing, double check the alignment of your LPC pins...
