Ah, just do a quicksolder - very easy and you dont even have to remove the mobo (unless you arent confident enough to solder to the top d0)

Its all covered in the iceguide.

Yea, I'm thinkin about that.  But I like the idea of the pinheader in case I want to remove it.....but then again I'm sure I can remove it with a desoldering braid if I quicksolder it, eh?
