I suggest getting Slayer's EvoX disk and reformating your HDD using it.  It will reinstall the original M$ dashboard, along with EvoX, Avalaunch, and multiple apps.  http://slayer.xbox-scene.com/

i remember that when i backed the original bios as TSOP was with the original hard drive. is it possible if i delete that TSOP and do the process again with the new hard drive that it can solve my problem.

You can just downlaod the original bio from the usual places -

look for you xbox version # - then look for that K number your xbox has 3944 etc.


downlaod teh bio from usual places - then send file to your C root. - flash it using Xenium OS - do not flash like TSOP - flash like a dashbord -  you know.


flash it like if you flash UnleasxhX, Avalaunch, etc.




Then jusy launch it - it works 100% - works for live and everthing like normal - That is what I did, works excellent

Put the old drive back in. FTP the C folder to your PC. Put the new drive in, FTP, delete all the original Xbox files in C (match to the ones from your original to be sure), then add the files from the C of the original drive.

It gives an error because it is a locked drve from another Xbox.
