Solid Red Light On Xenium When Boot

I just installed the Xenium Ice on my v1.0 Xbox.  I turned it on and it went to the Xenium OS screen.  I backup the eeprom and then clicked the reboot option at the main menu.  After the xbox turned off, it turned back on twice and then gives a blinking red and green light on the cd eject button.  The Xenium is a sloid red color.  I checked all the connections and they look good.  This does not make sense because all I did was reboot the xbox!?!  Help me please!

Is that a switch on the Xenium chip?  I have never heard of it and I did not get any instructions with the chip.  What does it look like?

Well, I can't get to any OS menu.  My TV is just black.  Since I don't have a working MS dashboard either, my Xbox is useless.  I will open up my Xbox again and try to flip the switch....

Now I am getting a loading...HALT screen!!!

*EDIT*
I am not getting that screen anymore, it is just black again with the red/green eject light...

Okay, I downloaded the latest OS from the website and it has two isos.  I tried the first one which says RestoryFactoryDefaults at the end.  When I put it in the Xbox it showed something about the IDE controller and then the CD was ejected.  Unless ejecting the CD means it worked, I am going to try the other files which does not say Restory FactoryDefaults at the end of it...

*EDIT*
I made another CD-RW with the other ISO and the Xbox ejected it when loading too.  Do you think my CD-RW is bad?  I am using a Verbatim CD-RW which has never been used before.

Well, it must have worked because I switched it back to "normal" from the recovery mode and I am in the Xenium OS again!  I created a CD with the M8+ bios on it and I am installing it now.  After that I will use Slayer's disk and pray that everything runs smoothly from here on out!
