Hi Everybody!

I just got my Xbox chipped, which includes the Xenium ICE chip for my 1.6 Xbox.

When I turn my Xbox on, I get that animation of the Xbox startup. However, the Xbox logo has been modified. Instead of being green, its red, and on the top left hand corner of the screen, there is a logo of a company. That company is where I got my Xbox chipped.

It then loads to the Evox Dashboard.

Is there anyway to just have the original startup logo, but still be able to boot to the Evox Dash?

Is there a way to modify the Startup animation & logo?

Ive got the Xenium OS 2.3.0 if thats any help.

get the m8plus_16 bios, not just the m8 !

you can remove the evox symbol etc using evtools.

What does the x2 stand for?

Isnt the x2 for the Xecuter 2 chip, hence X2?

Im worried about downloading the wrong bios.

x2 bios is just a bios. can go on any xbox EXCEPT 1.6

do as kerbero9 and spyman said. thats your best advice.

evox and xecuter are the same thing they are based off the same code xecutre just puts its logos on it and make lies how they are better

Thanks for the help guys.

Now another question.

I have the Retail Kernal + M8 Bios installed by some guy who modded my Xbox.

He backed up the EEPROM after installing the Retail Kernal & M8 Bios.

Now, after doing some massive reading on this forum, I have installed another bios - The m8 PLUS one recommended by one of the users.

I used a tool to change the startup intro, colours, etc.

I successfully add the bios to the Launch Menu in Xenium OS.

Do I need to backup the EEPROM?

This new bios I just installed is an experiement. To see how it works, etc, etc.

I have no intention of using it on a regular basis, and plan to delete it in a few moments, and install another bios, and test it out.

So do I need to backup the EEPROM?

Its been backedup for the Retail Kernal & M8 Bios.

Get the Metoo version... metoo m8+ 1.6 ... live blocking bios

go back to the usual places > Xbox/bios/Exploits/Bios Patchers and loaders/

there's also a modifier for it.

just a essential piece of info for live users.
