Recovery and loading a bios and launching a dash are 2 different things. The error is because recovery culd not get/read the recovery bin. Fo the dash you will need to add a little more info.

ok i used to have a xecuter 2.3b lite chip + chip and one night i was putting a light in my xbox and when i turned it on it would do the blob thing and stay at the xbox screen, so i bought a xenium ice chip and soldered it on, because i thought it was the chip but it's still doing it. I don't know what to do.
