Firstly, the Xenium doesn't read the disks.  Your DVD Drive does.  The problem doesn't reside within the Xenium Ice.

The only way you are going to get a CD to boot is to already have your chip flashed with a hacked bios.

Do you have a way to FTP into the Xbox?  The Xenium Ice also can be flashed right from your web browser.  

Just run a network cable from your router to the Xbox and configure the IP in the Xenium Ice OS settings.   The rest is pretty self explanatory, just open a browser and type in your xbox's IP address.  http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx

Once you have that chip flashed, then you can boot the AI.

If you can't do the http:// flashing, or FTP the bios to your Xbox HD, then you have to create your bios CD.  Just use nero and burn the bios and a 100mb dummy file to a DVD-R.  Stick with DVD-R's if you want high success rate.
