Is This An Xenium Ice Problem?

Flip the switch on the chip and boot up. See if recovery mode comes up.
If it does put in a cd-rw with the Xenium OS burnt to it and it should reflash your chip and set everything right again.

If you cant get recovery mode to work, then check your soldering and make sure everything is good.

the file you need is recovery.bin not bios.bin. You can download it off there website and use the instructions for making a recovery cd.

How it is difficult? Ok, so I leave it as recovery.bin but I must be burning it to a disc which the xbox cannot read.

Which type of discs will the xbox recognize?

Ok.. still isn't working. Either way the chip is switched, red light/green light power on power off. Today I was actually able to open the dvd drive. Put in the recovery CD but got nothing.

What's going on????

More likely a faulty install then a faulty chip.

If I were a gambling man, I wouldn't take the approximatly 1 in 1000 odds on a faulty chip, myself.

Then again, it could be a clone....
