Does your Xenium led light up red? Make sure the D0 connection is on snuggly not loose.

is your switch still on recovery mode? try putting the switch to the left and see if it's boots up normal

I was doing the same to a xenium (green not ice) but the chip does not seem to work in either mode.  What can i do if anything?
