I have to say that I'm with Masamune on this one...I have supported the Xenium since day one etc, try to further it's customer base by acting as a free-agent for Team Xodus if-will and now after winning a contest they hosted I get stiffed from any communication from them...I haven't recieved an email...nothin...And it isn't as if $100 is a big deal to many but in my situation right now in my life it is...
So many people come into the Team Xodus forums outraged in their poor customer service/being late with all their promises and whatnot and I always backed team Xodus...but now I know that maybe me and just bout every other die hard Xenium fan that did this might have been wrong...
Me and the other skinners make this feature of Xenium's worth being there and makes it shine next to the competition which now feature the same if not better customization of the menu yet when we are promised something as simple as a $100 cash prize or a congratulatory email we recieve nothing...c'mon...
I don't think Team Xodus is a terrible organization NOR do I say the Xenium is a bad product because I still truly believe that it was ahead of it's time and delivered but I do know that whoever is head of the public relations needs to be fired and seriously looked over by the rest of the team...I hope this get resolved soon because it would be horrible if all contestant winners went ahead and told the community about this...Team Xodus will become a laughing stock....
