Xboxdash Problem

Boot to the XOS, which will then allow you to FTP to the box.

Once you can FTP to the box, you can copy over whatever dashboard you want...

I can already ftp into the xbox and I've tried a couple of different M$ dashes with the same result. I can get the Evox dash to work but the drive doesn't recognize any discs, retail or otherwise.

make SURE your IDE & molex cables are plugged into the back of the DVD Drive completely.  This may not be your problem, but it is quite common... so it's worth a check-and-see.
