You need to lock the HD for the retail kernel to work.

If it wont boot from the tsop, most likely they tried to flash the tsop and screwed it up. If you want to repair the tsop you need a 29 wire chip like an xray or if you just put the ms bios on the chip you can still use live.

just install the M$ bios as if it was evox or x2. Get a hold of the right version of the MS bios your xbox uses and "flash" (not TSOP) it on your xenium.

1.4 . I just flashed the 5101 bios onto chip and the retail booted.. woo hooo. Thanks much man!!
