I have a M8_16 BIOS that I edited under EVtool to add the IGR...Can I use the XOS to reflash with the new BIOS?  Is it as easy as "Add New Item" and then "Flash" as long as the new BIOS is in my C: folder on my xbox?  Anything that I should be aware of?  I'm currently using Avalaunch and I have a 1.6 xbox.  It seems too easy through XOS to add this new BIOS...am I just overly concerned or what!!??  I have a Xenium Ice chip...

that's how it's done, and every xenium users will tell you the same.  

Matter of fact, that's the only way to flash a bios onto your chip. (I believe)

I figured it out...can't believe how easy that was...Now I finally have IGR!!!!

u cud also flash via webserver - which is even easier imho

Since you guys seem to know this can you help me out really quickly? I've read several threads and guides, but I want to make sure I have this totally correct before I screw something up. I was looking for someone that could give a step by step set up for: Premod 1.6 xbox w/Xenium ICE and 200GB HDD. I've heard about some of the problems upgrading the OS to 2.0.1 and I want to make sure I do everything correctly. When I turn on my Xbox, since it's a premod and the time should have been set but would need to be reset after shipping, how do I get to setting the clock again? Then, I've also heard about possible FTP problems with the OS2 on Xenium ice and upgrading. I have the files necessary, what steps should I take? Should I add m8 first or upgrade the OS? sorry about the questions, I'm just looking to make sure I take the easiest route possible without messing anything up. Thanks to everyone
