It has to be an Xbox DVD (they have a strange connector on them)

You can mod some dvd drives to be compatible though.

Download the latest version of DVD2XBOX and install to your apps folder. Next, download all of the additional ACL files and place them in the /apps/dvd2xbox/acl folder on your xbox.

Now you should be able to use dvd2xbox to transfer your games to your XBOX HD flawlessly.

Downloaded the complete list of ACL files from a link off of dvd2xbox's link and it's not working.  The game disk is not playing the original DVD off the retail kernal or UnleashX either.  Everything works fine until it gets to the loading screen after the credits and such and then it freezes....just like the other Live games did before the OS2.1 update.

Final update:

After the Xenium OS2 HDD fix Live games still will not load either off the Hard Drive nor off the original disks.  The Retail Kernal is also messed up.  Sometimes it boots and sometimes it never initializes video.  I'll reinstall the Retail Kernal and it will work fine for a time or two then stop working again.  I think something's fubarred beyond my control.

Try deleting the contents of the e:\cache directory

That was the first thing I tried.  It worked for a few games but not PGR2.

Did you try formatting your e: drive with EvoX?
