How Do U Flash This Chip?

Go to the launch menu in XOS2, choose add new item. Pick Flash. navigate to your BIOS file (If it's on CD, it'll be in D: ), name the item, pick and LED color, and you're done!

thats what it says for me doesnt fit, i havent been able to update to to either 2.0.0 or 2.0.1 with recovery.bin in E or making a iso off dvd rom or pen drive. ive ran outta idea on how to flash this chip

Guys, you can't flash the OS via the launch menu; that's for BIOSes. BIOS != chip's os. To upgrade the OS via the HDD method, put your recovery.bin on E: and choose recovery mode from the main menu. Wait until the box shuts down, and you're done.

The launch menu is for adding BIOSes.

What comes with the chip is the OS. That can be upgraded via recovery mode.

To play game backups, you'll need a hacked BIOS. (I reccommend X2 unless you have a 1.6 xbox, in which case you need m8_1.6).

If you want to play games/load apps/etc off of your HDD, you'll want a non-M$ dash (I reccommend avalaunch or UnleashX).

Use the launch menu to set tthe BIOS of your choice to default "Set Default BIOS..." and then turn on Instant Boot Under Settings --> Xenium Settings.

To boot your BIOS, boot with power, to boot back to XOS2, power on with eject.

u have 2 have a bios 2 flash it with like evo  x or avalaunch and then flash the bios 2 1 of the banks,, if u have xenium os 2.0 u can ftp the bios onto the hd and load it from there...or u have 2 make a cdrw and load it like that ...ftping it = easy way

avalaunch is a dash... NOT a BIOS! DO NOT TRY TO FLASH AVALAUNCH AS A BIOS!
