Is it soldered or solderless? Which d0 point are you using? (if you soldered)

woops sorry, it is a version 1.6 using the solder point on the rear side of the motherboard. it was an alternate location since i couldnt get the one near the xyclops chip to stay.  It passes up trhough one of the holes and onto the d0 solder pad on the chip

My guess would be to check for cold solder joints. Can anyone else think of anything....?

Check continuity, make sure all the points are correct, make sure it isnt in recovery mode, check the lframe continuity to the top points or the bottom if you used the top, or check the voltages:

They are for all xboxs, since when you rebuild the lpc you are recreating those signals to the lpc.  I think one of em should fluctuate a little but the rest should be steady.

if its a 1.6, did you rebuild the LPC properly?

Perhaps you put a wire in the wrong hole?

I have a feeling the revocery switch has been flipped.  Try switching it on the chip to the opposite position its in.
