Boot Ms Dash Bios

Ok  I tried to Tsop the ms bios when I try to run it it turns off and on 3 times then boots back to the XOS menu. Help please

You didn't ground d0 did you? Sounds like you did, and you shouldn't be unless you have a blue Xenium and a 1.6 xbox. You should be connecting d0 to the chip.
