Box Fragging After New Flash

Did you happen to switch it back from recovery mode?  Also, you should have checked the av cables, as this happened to me (the whole black and white issue), even though they were plugged in as they should have been, I needed to pull them out a tiny bit to show the proper screen.

If it is your EPROM you should still be seeing the chip OS.
The EPROM tools will say in valid EPROM.

The X2 4977 bios will work on the chip and let you boot.
you need to use an eprom recovery app. hopfully you backed it up.
If not you can find free banned eproms on the net.

EPROM problems make the eject flash red.

if your HD is unlocked your lucky. If it was locked and your eprom was gone the HDD would be worthless.

try Eepromagic or EEpromer

Thats just it though, the chip Os doesn't boot.

The light on the xenium will go green and so will the x-box light. then the xenuim led goes out, and the x-box light satarts flashing green. after flashing green once or twice the x-box light starts flashing red on and off. then after about 10 seconds of a flashing red light it will start all over again.

i think that you did wut i did and turned the xbox off before it was done upgrading the os. i didn't kno that it would turn off on its own so i cut it off and then it booted to flashing green. to fix it, do a recovery again and wait for it to turn off on its own

Did you leave the recovery bin on the E drive after your last upgrade?

If  so someone may have started recovery mode accidentally by pressing the eject to start and then pressing it again a second or two after.
