They will all work; tho, 256K is most common and allows the [edit]most[/edit] BIOSes on the chip...

Whatever size it is, the os shoutld resize it back down to 256k.

Not 100%, but I think it detects if its really a 256k bios and shrinks it, dont quote me on that tho.

This info came from the modchip comparare chart...here

You can have 4*256KB or 2*512KB or 1*1024KB or 1*512KB/2*256KB

So i dont think there is any resizing... wink.gif

An interesting thing with XOS2 is it no longer has bank restrictions

so basically you can load up any combination of BIOSes (of 1024KB, 512KB and 256KB size) in any order that you want, as long as they fit in the 1MB (1024KB) of BIOS space the Xenium has smile.gif

you no longer have to predetermine how many of what and where you want your bioses smile.gif
