I just downloaded a new file from the usual places...x2_4983.06_256k.bin into my c:\bios  folder.

In OS2 I added the new launch item: x2_4983.06_256k

Now I have 3 to choose from: 1) x2_4974.06_Multiver_256k (my old one)
                                           2) retail kernal
                                           3) x2_4983.06_256k

The reason I did this is so the bios will fully recognize my new 200GB hard drive. Not just 137MB.

I can boot into the all of them fine. The only big problem I seem to have is that when I launch the new x2_4983.06_256k.bin my evolution x dash does not display any games in the launch menu. When I reboot into the previous bios the dash see's my games and I can launch them.

Any ideas what I'm missing? please help.

Either check your INI file for evox, make sure g drive enabled if u have a hugh drive.  Also chack if  you defined the folders under the launch menu part of the .ini file.  Try using m8, custumize it with EVTOOL, enable LB4...somethin.  I say m8 becasuse (i think) there's no tool out for x2 4983.  Hope this helps
