I have a question.  I have a 1.6 xbox and sounds like the HD install hasnt gone well for those boxes.  Im a bit confused on the install.  I understand you can use the ISO disk or the HD install, but the problem i'm having is witht he recovery mode.  This is a menu item on the OS - if i am attepting a HD install and in move the bin file to the E:\ do i just select the recovery item.  Do i need to flip that switch at all by the LEDS - because i dont know what that switch is for.  I thought that was for recovery mode?

The switch on the Xternal LED is to dim the LED, the switch on the Xenium ICE is for emergency recovery when the OS is screwed up and you can't choose the soft recovery option

Ahhh good good. The thing I like best about os2 is the integrated FTP client, I just wish it had one when I first learnt how to mod my xbox, would've made life soooo much easier for a newb, heh.

Damn, that's an awesome look! Way better than the previous version of OS2.  

/me wishes he had his Xbox right now to upgrade and mess around with the new OS...
