Xodus And Ozxchip Split

I read this, this morning and was pissed. I am sick of all the Xodus and Ozxchip shit. All I want is a final OS2 for christ sake. I am seriously thinking about selling my xenium for a X3 or smart xx.

team xodus is claiming that they are working harder now more than ever, so os 2.0 should be out very soon

I still have a lot of faith in Team-Xodus - They have just made some bad arrangments with other companies.  I think they make a great chip though.

no doubt its a great chip, I love my xenium. It always just seems the team has forgot about it though.

hmmm, so when did the X3 finally come out?

it must have been out for a while now, since i recall Xecuter announcing it would be out within 1 month, but that was waaaay over a year ago   cool.gif

Who cares atleast they just didn't keep quiet. The Xenium is a good chip but the team dissapointed me a little bit.

damn.... i'm gone for 3 days and look what happens.....

hopefully the new split will bring new productivity.....

From what i have been told the aussies were nothing to do with the OS programming, this was handled by an american programmer, who had taken the  source code that the smart-xx and ozxchip guys had and built upon it.


So why will it be any different now they are not involved.

just another excuse for a delay.


Anyone who has been around the scene long enough would have seen the writing on the wall when these 2 teams joined, after hearing the drama's that easybuy had with xodus and now ozxchip have the same.

being an aussie i guess i am biased.


how long until we see the ozxchip version of the xenium???

good question. I'm sure now ozxchip will do its best to come out with a better chip. But i don't think that will be for a while. The bigger question is, what os will they use?
