It's normal. The hard drive wizard was originally designed to copy the stock drive to an upgrade drive, which is only a couple hundred megabytes, and only takes about 5 minutes.  It isn't the most efficient utility. I think it is a byte-read-byte-store type program, which can take a LOOOOOOOONNNNG time on a big drive.

the HDD wizard is kinda shotty in XOS... use EvoX New HDD 1.4 or whatever it is, or slayers.
