Few Bugs With Xenium Chip Need Help

I got 2 weird problem with the Xenium chip. The chip works perfectly fine but these 2 things.
It has the XOS1.1 on there.

1. When there are 3 controllers plugged in (never tried with 4) the controller on the initial screen to go to the menu never pops up.
DIsconnect controller #3 and pow there it is.

2. When ever I run in original bios mode with no game in it or I Eject it the xbox is always asking me for the time and date. Like its constently resetting. COuld this be some weird EVOX setting I overlooked or what?
