Uh, I've installed alot of Xeniums and havent had many problems at all. In fact the several I had problems with were user induced.

I dunno, I guess maybe you got the short end of the stick.  huh.gif

Yeah you have to understand, when you buy 300 Xeniums over a few months and 10-20% are bad it gets very old very quick.

This week I had 8 XBOX's come back from last week.

6 of them the chips would not recover and the other 2 people wanted a differant chip because they didnt trust it.

So I have to spend my day fixing systems I already done. I will probably loose business over this and have these people go somewhere else in the future.

It a crap sandwhich all the way around and Xenium is at fault. I would be an idiot to continue installing them after all this.

They came from differant batchs over the months. The problems are consistent through all of them.

I've only installed a handful of them at this point (I recommend X2.3B Lite to my customers who don't need the features of the Xenium in order to save some $). I haven't had any problems up to this point with the Xeniums I have installed.  tongue.gif

Are you using the pin-header method? I do all my chips that way, 100% reliable. Wire installs are "fishy" if you ask me. Even a great solder job can get messed up by the person owning the box if they jack with the wires to much...

Sigh... lets not turn it into this argument ok.

They will release it when it's done. Get over it. If your chip functions fine without OS2, then shut the fuck up.

JohnnyVegas: Yeah ok I can see how that might be a problem if you got that many. 10% is too high of a failure rate. I'd contact OzXodus instead of airing your problems within the forums and trying to start a boycott. Maybe they will help ya considering they do have a replacement policy.

I hope you didn't mean that towards me?

Like I said I like my Xenium. I just believe that if a company releases a product they should've support for it.

Who the hell did you think I meant it towards.

That's great that you are happy with it. Stopping spreading negativity towards OzXodus then on the forums. You could end up deterring potential newbie customers simply because you are impatient.

The Xenium works perfectly fine without OS2. It will come out when they feel it is 100% ready to be released. Just like anything else.

Well good. Here's mine.

Your opinion fucking sucks, keep it to yourself.

Wait for OS2. Don't be a whiny little bitch.

Whoa! settle down abit. I'm not worried about the the OS2, it's my customers who keeps bugging me and I'm getting annoyed saying "It's not out yet!" all the time. But I always recommend Xenium. So don't get angry mate. Take a chill pill.

Well, I personally belive if you get bad chips, you should return them and whine and moan. Get your "Coustomers" money back... Or just buy from a different re-seller, if you are,

Otherwise dont boycott, thats the LAST resort to a company that DOSENT reply to your complaints, Otherwise your wasting "Fourum space" which has magical properties. Dont mess with the fourum space, it is very vengeful. laugh.gif
