Isn’t it a bit of a joke when a reseller cannot buy from the source and must go thru another 3rd party reseller such as divineo to get stock because the team cannot even bother replying to emails?

We had our order in from the day the ice was announced to resellers and we were stuffed around saying next week for so many weeks all the customers that had preorders have all since walked and we will not be touching your products in future.


Too many broken promises in regards to product delivery and, operating system delivery.

The name xenium has a bad smell among aussie resellers now and i would doubt will ever regain its level of support it once had, with quality products such as the x3 and smart-xx 2 coming along.

These guys are amateurs trying to compete against the big boys and they failed miserably in my opinion

Agreed, this is not only a problem for the Resellers, but there customers aswell, if the X3 was out, i would of bought it, not because i have anything against ozXodus, but simply because they just seemed too have cut the Australian market out, i ordered mine from the US. Wiether intentionally or not they did not send orders here is rather irrelevant, ozXodus is not sending stock, and installers aren't installing what the majority of customers want, a software driven Chip, i'll likely buy from Team Xecuter if i upgrade, but that is unlikely. But i will be sure that my recommendations goto a reputable dealer who actually stock shelves with stock, isn't that a rather radical idea?

They should get there shit straight, i highly believe there losing business down here too what modchip installer companies do have in stock, like Aladdins. I already have mine so it's not a bother too me, but after talking too my installer, i don't doubt he'd kick the shit out of the head of ozXodus and i'd join in.

P.S. I'm not one for a sense of morality but nice of ozXodus too treat there previous huge Australian base users this way.

You don't completely cut off an entire market because demand is strong everywhere, you ration out the supply instead.

Anyway, there is NO sign that there is a shortage of chips anywhere else in the world, but here, in AU, you can not get an ICE for love, nor money.

I had to order from an overseas dealer... quite strange.

Its not like we're talking tonnes of sugar here or anything... the entire aussie supply of chips would've probably fitted into a single box carried by fedex!

I do realise this is about Australia, but
1)  It could be that the demand was stronger than expected and a region was cut off.  Look at the ipod mini for example, it was delayed worldwide because of U.S. demand.
2)  I've bought 3 Xenium ICE at 3 different times from modchipworld.com here in Canada, and they always had them in stock.  I recieved all 3 of them them within 2-3 days.

yes i also have 2 xeniums(non ice version) I would love to rid myself of if anyone in Australia still wants one.


It is obvious these guys just have not got what it takes to do any more with XOS as we havent got the final os that was "Supposedly" almost done how many months ago.

They should release the details so the opensource community can do a half decent operating system that is STABLE if they are simply going to neglect the any development and just sell new pretty white chips and reap the profits but not give the customer a stable product.



By the way both xeniums are sold with OS V1.1 as they caused nothing but problems with OS2 like most already know.


And yes just like el diablo i will be investing in an x3 from a company which I am told has the resourses to actually devolop a quality operating system for there chip.
